Can you please add the VIX futures symbol (CFE Exchange) to the futures symbol list?

I would love to, but it is not currently available on C2’s main quote service. I will put in another request, though. Maybe eventually they’ll add it.

I don’t understand. Who are “they”? If you can get all other symbols in your quote service, why would you have to ask “they” to get the VIX. Are they your parent or something? :slight_smile:

The quote service does not provide these specific symbols. I am not sure why. I have several times asked them to add them. We’ll see.
