In cases like this it would be helpful if you could send an email to help@collective2.com containing the specifics of your question. What specifically isn’t being updated? At what time of day/date?

Even better: if you can send to the help desk a screen shot showing the problem you see (and be sure to tell us the time and date of the screen shot, and specifically what you think is incorrect) that will help us to answer your question more quickly.
