Trading record not updating


Please note that closed trades are not immediately added to the trading record. This strange behavior started yesterday, as far as I can tell.
Please fix this urgent problem as soon as possible.

Please send more specific information to explaining exactly which systemid you are talking about, and which trades do not seem to be what you expect. A screen shot is super-helpful in cases like this, if possible.

Thanks to the Help Desk, the problem has been solved.

I was not a C2 issue, I simply forgot to activate the “BOTH” buttons (see image below), that’s why some trades were not visible.
