Trading record not updating

Please note that closed trades are not immediately added to the trading record. This strange behavior started yesterday, as far as I can tell.
Please fix this urgent problem as soon as possible.

Please send more specific information to help@collective2.com explaining exactly which systemid you are talking about, and which trades do not seem to be what you expect. A screen shot is super-helpful in cases like this, if possible.

Thanks to the Help Desk, the problem has been solved.

I was not a C2 issue, I simply forgot to activate the “BOTH” buttons (see image below), that’s why some trades were not visible.
