Tonight, on submitting our signals via the API, initially all of our signals were rejected with the error message saying "Symbol not recognized", or something close to that.
I tried a manual submission and received the same error (the US stock was ACT, and i had not made an error with its spelling).
We re-submitted the signals by API and 4 of the 9 were accepted.
