I placed two CLOSE position orders this morning before the bell, to SELL at market price (at the open) and it’s now 45 minutes after the open and the orders did not fill, and are marked as WORKING. It’s not horrible (market is up so far) but I would like it to work… anybody else having this issue? This is for strategy “Babbage SPY 3x”

Yeah, I’ve received similar reports. I think we just reached some critical mass of orders at the open and it is overwhelming the current software and infrastructure. I am looking at it and will try to re-architect the way market-opening orders work, to prevent this. As of right now, though, the problem remains, so, alas, the best I can say at this moment (not very satisfactory, I know) is to try to place these orders just slightly after the market opens rather than before. If you place them before, there’s a chance they’ll get stuck in the queue.
I know this is not a viable long-term answer, and - again - I will try to fix. I’ll keep you posted here.
