Hi guys, something strange is happening recent days. System 157135749 shows 78% drawdown because its equity once got priced at fantastic value. System 157115802 is margincalled with -170% loss at unrealistic price. Don’t you filter such spykes? EURUSD is not going ±50% a day
This has been corrected, thank you for pointing it out. We do have a program that corrects the majority of them, but a few still manage to slip through.
Hi — you were right, and thank you for flagging this.
During a brief market-data disruption, our system used a stale price for EURUSD. That one bad price caused both problems you reported.
Algo Skill FX: the margin call was wrong, and I’ve reversed it. Please note: your short EURUSD position (296,000 from 1.1516) is open and live again as of today. The protective stop and limit orders you had attached were canceled when the margin call fired, and reversing it does not restore them — so please review the position and re-enter any protection you want. Your equity curve and drawdown statistics have been fully corrected.
Opus Magnum FX: the drawdown figure was distorted by one bad equity snapshot from the same event. That’s also been corrected — the page now shows the true max drawdown.
We’ve removed the source of the stale pricing data. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks again for the clear report — it helped us find and fix this quickly.
