There is a substantial risk of loss in trading. You should therefore carefully consider
whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should read,
understand, and consider the Risk Disclosure Statement that is provided by your broker
before you consider trading. Most people who trade lose money.
The problem with taking risks on C2 is that most strategies did fail within a year in the past…
That’s why many subscribers are very careful and prefer to wait a few months and watch how the strategy developes, before they subscribe.
Anyway, subscribers are more willing to take a daily 500$ risk, rather than a 5000$ risk.
So, starting Micro-strategies is a good alternative for cautious investors. Thank you
How comes that one of the new strategies costs 250$ and the other one costs 300$?
By the way…
How about discount coupons for the new strategies?
The cost of the strategy is based on the expected income of the strategy.
If the expected income of the strategy is $2-4K per month, then there is no difference in the cost of $125 or $300 for a subscriber.
Discount coupons…
There’s no need for that right now. The cost of the strategy is less than the daily risk.
C2 executes trades with some time lag. For my trading style this is important. Some trades last 2-5 minutes.
That’s why I set a limit of 1 more subscribers in the strategy in the settings than already subscribed.
Right now there are 5 people subscribed to “Funded Trader MNQ” strategy.
I set the limit of 6 subscribers.
When 6 subscribers are subscribed, I will check how the strike prices of all subscribers differ from mine.
When I see that the prices of subscribers differ by a critical value, I will stop taking new subscribers.
That way I can keep a balance between my trading stats and my subscriber stats.
I assume it will be about 10 people.
Hey guys.
I changed the money management parameters of the strategy a little bit.
I am working with one futures contract (ES), rarely add a second one.
Reduced the loss limit per day to $2K.
The strategy became less profitable, but more stable.
Look at the table (you can download it on the strategy page yourself).
I highlighted in red the maximum drawdown in the trade.
The result for the last 30 days - a profit of more than 5K$.
The risk is minimal.
Subscription costs $500.
Good ratio between subscription cost, risk and profit.
@MatthewKlein
Matthew, I see that the speed of trading signals for subscribers has become very high.
My execution price is 1 second different from the subscribers’ execution price. Sometimes it is just instantaneous.
If this is not a coincidence, but a change in how your algorithms work, that’s very cool.
I can just see by the prices that the execution has become much faster.
Previously, the subscriber’s execution price was in 2-3 candles of 5 seconds.
Now the execution is right in the second candle.
ok thanks, understood. I thought you saw that info from c2 website.
Btw fyi, the delay for clients also depends on how many subscribers the system has.
his ES strategy seems taking hit too…what annoys me is when a strategy becomes unstable i will have to monitor it closely which counter my original wish of auto trading
Technical problem in my trading platform.
The strategy was receiving signals from another trading system, which is not trading on c2.
Fixed.
It will take time to slowly recover losses.
I recommend making sure to use a stop loss in the system for subscribers.
It is set in the subscriber settings when subscribing to the strategy.
You follow the strategy “Funded Trader” at a rate of x5.
It can be really unnecessarily risky.
The description of the strategy states that the daily stop can be $5K.
So your daily stop loss is $25K.
I don’t know the size of your deposit.
But be careful.
In the pursuit of profit, most will only lose money.
