What do subscribers expect as communication?

Hi all,



I’ve noticed many subscribers like regular updates by their vendors. Now, besides a good system, what do you as a subscriber expect from a vendor in terms of communication, more specific, if trading a fully mechanical system? (what, when, how,…)

Do you have good and bad experiences, in what way?

(in case of bad: I’m not asking for names here)
