I have a Forex system that i trade. I try to trade it here on C2 and am unable to trade all of the Forex pairs that my system really trades on IB. This is due to limits of C2. They do not have all of the FX pairs that IB has. Should i change it to be as limited as C2? …no way.

You have not yet applied for Trades-Own-System (TOS) certification. In fact, if you actually traded your own system at IB (or any other C2 compatible broker), you would quickly qualify for TOS certification here at C2.

Regarding uncommon forex pairs: Please keep in mind that C2 supports multiple forex brokers. We indeed support every common forex pair supported by most C2-compatible brokers. For example, we support every pair supported by FXCM. There are a few “exotic” pairs we don’t support, but that is because many of your subscribers won’t be able to trade them at popular C2-compatible brokers.
If you really want to be TOS certified, simply go ahead and apply, and trade your own system at C2. It’s easy to do.
Matthew,
Could you please explain the difference between Trading your Own System (and paying the required $99 monthly fee) and being a Trade Leader where you can also get the TOS designation.
Thanks!

This is a good question and since C2 has the responsibility for this it is up to them. We have spent a lot of money to develop the software for this and our software interfaces with IB, I am still waiting to see a list of C2 FX pairs so i can run a test on them. At the present I only trade those that are also on IB.
