Matt,
From the overview page on C2 as well as the text when setting up autotrading (below). I get the impression that the $1.99/contract fee for autotrading at OpenECry is being charged by OpenECry and NOT C2.
I just got off the phone with OEC and they assured me that this fee was being charged by C2 and not them. This fee is almost double the normal rate of $2.44/contract. I spoke with David Baum at OEC (888-280-4705) and he is inquiring on his end.
Can you clarify who is charging this fee and how I can have it waived? I would like to use C2 for futures, but I just don’t see a Gen3 autotrading option that I like. My experience with OEC has been very good, but the $1.99 fee is too much, plus who exactly is charging this fee?
If it’s OEC, I can go and tell them it’s too high and I won’t pay it.
Jim

Technically speaking, OpenECry is charging this fee. I say "technically speaking" because one of my companies, Trade Integration LLC, charges OpenECry $1.99, and they have chosen to pass this cost to you for each execution. (Brokers could theoretically choose to not pass this cost on, or to subsidize some portion of it. In this case, they do not.)
If you do not want to pay the fee, you can select a non Gen3 AutoTrade solution.
