It is interesting that topic was closed right after I pointed that C2 charging customers standard broker transmit fee and customer just want to somehow do own trading and never make strategy PUBLIC (tight now it is no other way). In this case it is clearly that C2 is overcharging this kind of customers by applying regular monthly fee (charging for nothing).
The bad think that Mathew doesn’t want to see other people opinion on this topic. You can do much better Mathew!
Marekj - You suggested that C2 should lower the price charged for certain services and/or offer a new tier of service for strategies that remain private. That’s not something we’ll be pursuing at this time. I mean no disrespect, and I appreciate that you took the time to write and make a suggestion about how we can improve the service.
I’m always open to new ideas, and encourage you and other members to continue making them, but of course I can’t agree with every suggestion.
