Bob,
Did you run the BP request during American session?
Eu
This data are from today 27 May 2008, about 4:00ET.
Numbers as 1211875636 represent encoded date and time. Matthew can decode it to the "human data".
Sincerely, Bob
4:00ET is too early. Test the API command during American session. As I understand C2’s BP is recalculated by last available price. Some American stocks might be traded off “official” session in light volume by unbelievable prices. Until American market is opened BP API isn’t very reliable for American stocks.

It is not too early! It is too late! :-))
My systems are EOD. I can prepare signals for next day right after EOD data are known. For instance on Saturday or Sunday. Just as you with your splendid Tango. And I am really surprised, that prices of stock on Collective2 are so waggy, when markets are closed.
I think, that it has nothing to do with NYSE, NASDAQ, or any other exchange.
I think it is bug in Collective2 software.
Matthew?
