Can anyone explain to me what happened: This morning I got two round trip trade signals from c2, two positions was opened but only one positions was closed. Based on the C2 trading data, both MBTrading accounts(one is mine) does not close the open the position. I have to call the trading desk to close the position manually. Is there a problem between C2 and MBTrading today?
From AutoTrade control panel, it does show I have a position, but the model account has already closed the position several hours ago.
Can anyone help? Does this happen often? Do I need to switch broker to IB or OpenEcry
