C2 Error - Login Record for S&P Swing Developer

I was asked this question in a private message just a short time ago by a prospective subscriber.

"…C2 says you haven’t been at the webpage since 8/31. Is that accurate? …"

Considering my multiple logins each and every day, including active trades initiated in the past 12 and 36 hours, plus, my efforts in responding promptly and completely to all private messages received from subscribers and non-subscribers, every few hours, each day, please examine the source of this erroneous information on my system profile.

Obviously, I have no control over an error of this type. It can only create a negative impact on a system developer from the point of view of a current or prospective subscriber.

How can it be corrected and prevented in the future?

Is there any other information presented on the system profile that isn’t tracked as meticulously as active trade history?

Thanks

Hi, Reggie

The information that is posted on C2 is accurate. We keep track of all your logins, times, dates, and even IP addresses. As I have no idea which user wrote to you, or what data he was referring to, or when, I am unable to comment on what this user saw or when he saw it, other than to say that when C2 posts information such as "Last login date = xxx," it is entirely accurate.

I’m a subscriber to S&P Swing. [LINKSYSTEM_62209324]

Reggie has responded to my queries promptly and completely in the past several days.

Thank you very much for your posting, Josh.

In a message from Matthew, he suggested the possible impact of an open browser as the culprit. This sounded like a great theory, so I pursued it.

My access is primarily through a smart phone and one laptop. The laptop was ruled out, since all apps are opened once from a cold startup in the morning and shut down every night. I cleaned the browser cache. No change to the login date on the site.

The second, more likely possibility is a smartphone with a broswer page that has been through a combination of openings, left open and closings, etc., in this period. I ‘x’ed’ out, powered down the phone and restarted, this time, without the browser being opened at all. No change to the login date on the site.

In what should be an overlap to any of these possible impacts, I have, in fact, been asked for a login numerous times in the past week, from both the phone browser and the laptop, for a login, which I do through my Facebook access.

I have repeatedly viewed the C2 page that informed me that I must have login privileges to conduct my requested feature, from the phone in particular, and from the laptop, all in the past week.

I have, on several occasions, pressed the ‘logout’ link on the C2 site, which should override any other active accesses, or, so you’d think.

There is only one other possibility, and even that one is remote. I accessed C2 through an iPad about a week ago. This iPad is powered on and off each day. I have not had access to it yet to check, for the remote possibility that an active brower tab or page is the cause. I will do that later today, as I do not have access to it presently.

This sounds like a glitch in the Facebook login.

I would appreciate any suggestions by anyone on what else might be investigated.
