Between 2AM and 6AM this morning I could not connect with C2. My internet connection was good to IB and Google. Was there a server problem at C2? Is the C2 server shut down overnight for mainenance? Is there a schedule for shutdowns? Also, C2 seems very slow at various times. C2 server getting overloaded?
My system trades E-mini 24 hours/day from Sunday evening to Friday evening and many of my trades occure overnight. Missing trades will not be good.
There was indeed a problem with our primary hosting facility this morning, and it apparently caused a service outage at C2. I’m still trying to get to the bottom of it and figure out what happened, and why, and how long it interrupted access to the site.
I apologize for this. I don’t know the details yet, but am trying to figure them out. I’ll share more information as I get it.
