Cannot put Sell to Open order through interface

I normally send trades through the API, but yesterday one of my trades didn’t go through, so I’m trying to enter it manually, Sell to Open SP. But the entry screen doesn’t let me change the order, I am only given the option of Buy to Open, which since I already have a short position I can’t do anyway.

According to my audit log, you are trying to enter BUY TO OPEN - which you can’t do while short.

You can either BUY TO CLOSE (covering the short) or SELL SHORT (increasing the short position)
