System Details: testy (35718120)
I load details of the system as a test, to see if i could get ts to auto send the trades. It seems to be working as ts was issuing the trades and c2 was confirming trades were being sent as i requested an email for each trade. However no trades appear to be issued in the system report. Admin can you please let me know how to resolve.
i did get an email from c2 after quite a few trades were issued saying if i wish to continue i need to pay a subscription, but this shouldn’t have effected the earlier trades right?
Your signals are being received but are being rejected because a listing fee is required.
why do you not state this up front?? do you not think you should disclose this before people invest time using your service??
Part of the reason why I wanted to test before submitting a proper system is to ensure I could get it sync’ed and that the system is being represented fairly
Any other traders use tradestation to generate signals?? Can you verify that signals are accurately represented in c2 system report?

I use TS with C2. I am pleased with correlation between C2 fills, TS stratgey fills and TS actual account fills.

Let me also suggest that, before you pay any listing fee, please see the FAQ regarding "test systems," as it has some important info which may influence how you proceed:

thanks for the reply. can u explain what u mean by c2 fills. are you saying the fills generated by ts are not the fills used by c2?

i have spent 10 mins trying to find this info, no joy…please point me in the right direction

why not add “but as soon as you’ve spent hrs setting up we will send you an email saying if you wish to continue starting a system you have to pay a fee”?! surely u can see how this is misleading?

Yes, TS strategy fills, TS account fills and C2 are all different, at least for me.
