Can't connect the Autotrade

I’m a subscriber to a strategy, I was auto trading it, then I canceled it and now want to reconnect again.
But I can’t see it in the broker list ( It’s Interactive Broker )
What I need to do, I sent an email to the support but no replay as same as from the chat,

What was the solution to the problem?

This was an issue related to geography, and the brokers available in each geography. It was worked out directly with the questioner.
