I just created a CNAME record on my domain for affiliate site (Collective 2 subdomain). All works great but I’m getting SSL certificate warnings, which is understandable.
Does anyone know if I can use my own certificate with affiliate site???

The problem is that the SSL certificate is registered to the domain name collective2.com and you are using an alternate domain. Thus the browser will warn the user of the discrepancy.
One possibility you might want to investigate is putting your white-label site in a borderless iframe at 100% width/height. I’m not sure this will work, but I think it might. Please let me know the outcome if you try it.
