But, after entering and clicking save. Nothing happens. Then when I logout and return to the Affiliate Settings page, and all the settings are blank again.

We’ve tried to replicate this problem, and we can’t seem to make it happen in our browser. So, if you can, please write an email or private message with the specifics.
Are you trying to update an already-existing site? If so, what site? What name/subdomain? Which browser and operating system are you using? Also, a screen shot of the problem would also be very helpful.
