In my recently closed trades I have two trades where the total value of trades open does not match the total value of trades closed.
On 4/8/10 it looks as though I have sold 170 000 ucad but only closed 160 000. The other trade is 3/25/10 where the total open position would have totaled 200 000 open and 210 000 closed.
I currently am flat in my account and had closed both of these positions entirely. Can you have a look at this please.
This means only that we cannot confirm some of the brokerage fills for the closing portion of the trades. Some portion of closing transactions may have been closed manually by customers through the use of personal stop losses, manual account management, etc. In other words: this is not a problem; we only display real-life AutoTrade data that we can confirm and which is relevant to the system track record.
