Sorry if this is the wrong forum or place for this. I have an error with a missing trade for the symbol CALP. I opened this position and then tried to close it but the fill engine did not execute my closing market order. The symbol has since been accquired

and it shows a large PnL drop to the strategy which I don’t think is correct since the market orders should have been executed. What can I do (if anything) to correct this? If I can’t correct this I’d like to get the unknown symbol removed from my system since I don’t want to be responsible for a symbol I can’t close.
Stock charts shows the “old” symbol price history:

while yahoo has already removed it as a symbol.
