There are a few services out there, but I think someone here could do better. There is nearly one trillion dollars invested in the Federal Thrift Savings Plan. You are allowed 2 interfund transfers per month, then unlimited transfer to cash (government securities with 0 risk). Could someone come up with a strategy?
