Being a newer system provider, I would like to offer a free trial period AND only charge if profitable. When I click the edit system link, under business model - it appears the only way to offer a free trial period is if you then charge a fee, regardless if profitable. Maybe I am reading this wrong, so please let me know!

For all practical purposes, charging only when profitable does give a free trial.
A subscriber only gets charged at the end of the period if the period was profitable, which means he/she can unsubscribe anytime before the end of the period and not getting charged.

I agree for the most part, but from a marketing standpoint, to be able to offer the first week free is an attractive option. It would be nice if we could at least have the ability to offer a free period.
