Futures Position Sizing Limit

I am hoping someone can clarify something for me. I have seen discussions on this topic, but I don’t understand the rules/formula.
I day trade futures (mostly ES, NQ and RTY) and I am debating allowing some people to follow my trades. I am trying to understand how the position limits work.
Suppose my C2 account is at $250,000 (same as my real account) and assume that I have 10 followers (each following at 1x scaling), what is the maximum number of ES contracts that I could hold at any time to ensure that each follower is also able to hold the same number of contracts?
Is the limit per contract? For example, would my followers and I be able to take a greater overall position if I split the position between two different contracts?
Thanks in advance for your help.
