I totally understand the need to present the disclaimer popup to ensure everyone is fully aware that past performance does not equal future gains, check with your financial advisor, etc. But it does slow down access to the site…
What do you think about adding a facility so that we can flag our individual account as ‘do not display this further’ or ‘only display once a week’ or something with less frequency? Even if there was a considerable hurdle to flagging your account as such (sending in a physical letter/fax, pledging a kidney, etc.), it would be useful.

it MAY have something to do with your cookies. I thought awhile ago, they were supposed to only display first time or not if you checked the box or something to that effect. But I clear my cookies daily, so I see the popups often… Don’t remember the exact details, but this was an issue raised awhile ago…
