The order is still open.
Yesterday I had same problem, when market goes against me, I could not close my position.
The position was closed 5 hours later at a much worse price.
Today the same problem happened again.
I have sent email to help desk but yesterday I also sent email, the email was replied the next day morning, by that time I would had big loss.
Market order open for 10 minutes now without a fill.
