I’m Kathryn of system TSUNAMI TRADER. On 7/3/06 2:56 we opened a USD/JPY short position at entry price 114.54. We closed it few minutes ago at 7/4/06 14:17 when the open position showed a closing price of 114.25, for 29 pips gain. However the closed positions now shows this trade being closed at 115.25, or 71 pips loss. This is a phantom quote which we are not seeing at any other brokers. Can you please either correct the closed trade with the accurate fill, or put it back to the open positions for us if your system allows this.
This is a 100 pips difference in performance which will affect the reputation of our system in a major way and we hope this kind of mistake will not be repeated again.

The trade has been corrected and I thank C2 for getting this done. However the system’s cumu$ (accumulated gains) and equity curve have not been updated. I hope this will be done as soon as possible. Thanks and regards. Kathryn.

Although I initially changed this fill to 114.25, another C2 user called to my attention that the USDJPY never traded as low as the price you mention during that time period. I have compared three quote feeds, and given you the most favorable price possible of 114.455. While you may have momentarily seen a better quote on your platform, I am attributing this to a bad tick, and calling it untradeable, since that price appears nowhere else.
