I’m having an issue where I can’t see any candles on any instrument any timeframe. It happens on my main rig and a laptop. Curious if this is happening to anyone else or has seen this problem.
Refreshing/reloading the webtrader page solves this issue most of the time.
And make sure you are still logged in.
No fix. Tried on multiple browsers and a different computer system. C2 just got back to me and said they are working on it.
For some reason Webtrader is much more stable when I run it on the Microsoft Edge browser.
