Unfortunately Matthew locked the thread, but the question raised in the last post is really good and I have my couple cents on this. 
I am answering Yes on this question and the reason is just 2 c2 strategies - The Spirit of Nicolas Darvas. and The Momentum of Now. I am not sure that it is an average trader stands behind these 2 strategies, but results are impressive.
