Hello! I noticed a few errors with my systems and thought I would alert that a mistake was made since Collective 2 support hasn’t been responding for some reason.
One, my system [LINKSYSTEM_77814589] displays its chart as my maximum profit made is $64 ( Total price $10,064) on December 4 at 15:06. However, under the model account status (and rightfully so) it shows my total profit being $446! And the chart is completely up to date, but it shows no movement on December 5th (day of posting), and the stock i invested rose about 3% that day. So therefore the chart appears to be completely malfunctioning unless I did something wrong again, but I don’t think I could have changed that feature of my system.
Second, my other system Edge Long Term (77936860) appears to be totally out of sync.
1. The only trade I’ve made so far, shorting ZAGG, was executed at $7.31. However, under open positions it shows the current price as $7.26 and Yahoo Finance has it as $7.07.
2. The chart shows price
w/out commissions as $10,081
w/ commissions as $10,068
3. Under model account status total profit/loss is at $80
4. (Related to 1, apparent ZAGG price error) Profit off of the only stock I’ve bought as $54
Conclusion: The chart, model account status, stock profit, and stock price all appear to be functioning independently incorrectly. Are the prices supposed to be all different?
Thanks for the help in advance,
Brendon
P.S. When I tried to include a link for Edge Long Term the preview screen skipped the first link to Edge Intelligence and went right to the start of the link to Edge Long Term. So I removed Edge Long Term’s link, and all functioned perfectly.

1 The charts are indeed slightly delayed. They are not up-to-the-second, but can often be several hours behind, particularly for systems with no subscribers. You only have a few days’ worth of data. Once your system is more than a few weeks old, the charts granularity will mean that a several-hours delay is not significant.
2 For open positions, when we mark-to-market we generally attempt to use the bid or ask, but during non-market hours we may use the last price instead. We may use different prices in different places - in some calculations the bid or ask, and in others the last, due to the fact that we cache these prices during non market hours.
