Hi, in the last days there was downtime on different occasions, along with some errors here and there (for example now i see a opened position that simply don’t make sense).
Please collective2 staff work to fix any problem soon, because the situation is starting to get boring.
Yes, we had major downtime over the past 48 hours.
Our main database hardware – despite its supposedly “redundant” drive arrays – completely died, which forced us to move to backup machines. Then, after we repaired the failed hardware, we had a period of downtime last night as we moved back to the newly-repaired server.
I believe this is all behind us now, and we are back up and running at our usual level of reliability. (Hey, no snickering.)
Once again, sorry for the last few days’ flakiness. I appreciate your sticking with us.
