Matt, late getting back on reply. when I put in a stop loss the red x showes up. I saw that if I click on the x the number in the box goes away, that part works. If I put a stop loss number in or put a contract limit number in and click the “ready for the next step” to confirm it doesn’t go the the next screen to finish the process. Thanks Sam

Hi, Sam:

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Your scaling percentage was a high enough value that C2 rejected it as being a typing mistake, and then neglected to let you know why it was refusing to proceed to the next screen.

This has been solved now. You can trade at the scaling you desire, and - additionally - C2 now actually describes to users the specific reason it refuses to move to the next screen.
