Max stocks and pro-rata billing

What controls the maximum number of stocks a system will buy? What happens if it tries to buy more stocks than I have money available? If I cancel a subscription will I be billed only for the days I’ve used?

  1. Your autotrade settings control the maximum number of stock shares bought. There are two settings: Scaling %, and Max $ Value per position. I encourage you to practice AutoTrading in the free C2 Simulated Brokerage account so you can get comfortable with how the settings / controls work.

    2) If you try to buy more than you can, your broker will barf and either reject the order or issue a margin call.

    3) There are no pro-rated refunds for unused subscription portions. But you can unsubscribe at any time, and effectively schedule your unsubscription to take effect automatically at the end of the term (that is, you don’t have to try to time your unsubscription “just right” to get maximum value out of it.)
