A quick message that C2 did not sync STC @ESU7 E-MINI S&P 500 in IB accounts, at least mine. I had to shut off AutoTrade then manually close out the positions in IB after 8 minutes.
So if y’all follow Simplicity, check your positions.
The opinions expressed in these forums do not represent those of C2, and any discussion of profit/loss is not indicative of future performance or success. There is a substantial risk of loss in trading. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should read, understand, and consider the Risk Disclosure Statement that is provided by your broker before you consider trading. Most people who trade lose money.

Tried that last year just with a VIX strategy - Lost 12.000
Mine closed out correctly as shown on the Trading Record on the system page, however, when you click on the small icon to show the auto trades only 3 trades show up and none with IB (my broker), I have encountered issues like this several times lately, don’t know if it is an IB or C2 issue.
I had a correct STC at Tradovate as well, but a 4 minute C2 delay on the entry side cost me about 2 ES points on that trade. Clearly it is necessary to constantly monitor autotrading positions as these kinds of issues appear to crop up too regularly to just let things run unattended.
I see you (marketjedi) are following GiGo3 and I have been looking at that one as well. Since it is essentially a scalping system looking for small profits on short-term trades, what is your experience autotrading that one? I have accounts at both Tradovate and IB now that I could use, but several minute delays for GiGo3 or similar “fast” in/out systems would probably kill any chance of duplicating their C2 performance. Can you comment on your experience so far with GiGo3 as far as executions via C2 autotrading? Are you realizing anything close to the numbers C2 is showing?
All you have to do is click on the small red icons to see the actual fills of auto traders. I personally don’t subscribe to systems with a high win ratio but low avg. profit to avg. loss ratio (unfortunately C2 does not show this very important ratio and I have asked them several times in vain to show it next to the win ratio}. Systems like this share characteristics of martingale systems and have a tendency to blow up.
But not all autotraded trades are shown this way. For example, my entry for Simplcity Trading last week that had the 4 minute delay is missing completely from this list. I suspect this is because a connection problem prevented the trade from happening initially and it was only filled 4 minutes later when the C2 sync process corrected the initial error, and trades filled via this sync process are not included in the autotrade data for some reason even though I had no intervention in the process (ie. it fell under the “autotrade” umbrella). So this is an example of where it isn’t possible to simply look at C2’s autotrade fills and get the full story. And the issue today that marketjedi described at IB is another example … a real life scenario that can’t be discerned from looking at the autotrade data shown for the system.
