I have an order for @HEZ4 which is sitting unfilled, but when I try to cancel it I get an error that it’s filled. However, the position remains open and cannot be closed. I also had multiple orders today that didn’t fill despite the prices being hit, and I’m wondering if it’s related. Any clue what’s going on?

I also noticed yet again @HEZ4 failed to fill. Something weird is up with the hours or maybe the data feed? These orders rarely fill for me at C2 but they do fill at the broker.

We have a data feed problem.
Matthew contacted our data provider yesterday and they corrected the problem.
Apparently, he need to complain again.
