I have several orders for FSLR that should have filled a while ago, one about an hour ago, and another about half an hour ago.
This is causing obvious problems, especially due to the five live trade limitation.

I have the same problem. I sent an email to customer service,
and I got a quick reply from Matthew telling me that the order
was not due a report. I pointed out to him why it was, and
since then…silence.
I have other trades that are not filling as well with other tickers. So it’s not isolated to just FSLR for me.
I’m new, but based on what I have experienced, this whole week has progressively become worse.
ALKS and RPRX didn’t fill properly also. It’s not hard to figure out, there is a log of trade entries with time and price stamps.[LINKSYSTEM_79978292]
I’m not new, but this system is, and I too have had a lot
of difficulty getting reports this week, I can;t seem to
get any response to the problem, either.

OK, it looks like we got to the bottom of the problem. The fill engine is now working properly and has backfilled orders that were not filled. I am very sorry about this problem. Hopefully the rest of today will go more smoothly…
