We had a database problem this morning which caused a service outage between 10:31 and 10:42 AM Eastern time.
Although I have fixed the problem, I am invetsigating its underlying cause. I’m very sorry for the trouble this caused. - Matthew
Oh good, I thought I was having a problem on my end.
Steady-II autotraders should check their fills … the short trade opened this morning was covered at 10:33 am on C2 so you may need to manually watch it as TB likely didn’t get the BTC order (eg. I missed it in my IB account and closed manually to stay in synch).
