This morning (Wednesday Sep 14 2022) one of our market data providers went offline from between 9:43AM and 10:05AM Eastern USA time.
C2 service was disrupted.
Everything is back online now, and functioning properly. Autotraders who have auto-sync turned on (which is the default setting) will re-synchronize automatically with the strategies they follow.
I am sorry for the stress and hassle this caused.
