One of my autotraded positions has changed ticker symbols, and I am being spammed by PositionSync emails for ‘Unknown Ticker’. The actual position itself is correctly listed in the new ticker symbol, however I’m being bombarded by error emails every 5 minutes.
My strategy often trades tickers that change symbols, and I do not want to explain this error to subscribers every time it happens. Waking up to 20+ emails in your box from a service that manages your money is not a pleasant experience.
