Is there a way to look up trading systems by a criterion? Example, say I want to find systems with a high APD ratio?

See the menu at the left side, Find a System > The Grid.
And you can click the controls in the column headings there, to sort by a particular statistics, such as APD. Also at top, you can eliminate low APD by checking the filter box "Low risk per trade" There are two other filter checkboxes, also
