Our main data provider is down, and we don’t yet have an ETA yet for restoring service. In the meantime, we’ve wired things so that you should be able to close positions via WebTrader as an emergency stopgap (although it will report stale prices for now). We’ll worry about getting PL reports adjusted after the outage. For now, the main thing is triage to close any open positions you cannot manage via current methods.
thanks, this update is welcome, though the outage not so much.
@MatthewKlein @LorantVari31 - Is everything fixed? I’m using MT4 platform transmit and ever since I manually closed a USDJPY trade using Webtrader the system wont copy any new USDJPY trades. I’ve been missing profitable trades that didnt copy even though the MT4 C2 EA reports successful USDJPY syncing. Seems weird since my GBPUSD trades are still copying but USDJPY wont.
I’m asking for feedback right now. I’ll open a support ticket if it happens again but I think this is the 2nd skipped trade at this point. Thats on the MT4 platform but NOT reflected in my C2 account (of course the missed USDJPY trades were profitable but skipped).
If the pic “C2SignalID=0” - Is this correct or an error condition? I’m using the OLD Platform Transmit which was working until this outage.
UPDATE: My existing USDJPY trades closed so I SWITCHED to the new APIv4 system. Will update with next trade…
I will investigate and let you know about my results.
@LorantVari31 Looks like I’m BACK In The Game. A new USDJPY trade correctly triggered using APIv4 so the new code is working as expected.
Great to hear that! (don’t forget to remove the old expert and dlls from the Library folder)
Let me know if you need help,
