Slow reponse on open orders

There seems to be a delay on open & close orders showing, this could be anywhere between 3-5 mins.



Is anyone else having problems?

What do you mean by "There seems to be a delay on open & close orders showing" ?



Showing where? What screen?



Can you tell me specifically what system and order and time of day (and time zone) you are talking about? And (again) which screen you are looking at?

I suspect he’s referring to the manual order entry. The confirmation for closing trades has always been delayed and is problematic. The opening trades delay is variable but wasn’t a problem a few months ago. I’ve seen this problem come and go. Opening trade delay is more serious.

I have made some adjustments to the order entry screen to speed up responsiveness. Take a look and let me know if you notice any improvements.

the trade blotter now appears at the bottom of the page, whereas before it was at the top (better position)
