Hi, Karl (and other C2 Members who complained about this issue) -

I’ve implemented a change to make sure that stock market orders posted at the market close will not be filled in the C2 Model Account unless there is a reasonable chance that AutoTraders’ orders will be accepted by Gen3 brokers. This should reduce the number of cases in which systems are given credit for trades posted just at the market close, and where AutoTraders are not able to be filled at live exchanges.

Thank you for responding so fast and the explanation during our telephone conversation and I fully can understand your concerns. With the Hypothetical Trading Results now corrected all subscribers will hope that the vendor will make a greater effort to correct the problem.



As I said before, this is a very good system and hopefully this glitch won’t happen again.
