Subscription gap

I was notified two days ago that my 7-day trial to a system was about to expire. I couldn’t find a link which clearly identified the process by which I’d be able to submit a regular subscription. I emailed C2 and requested my subscription be extended. I didn’t receive a response. This morning I was notified that my subscription had ended. TradeBullet notified me it was no longer receiving signals.

Am I the only one having problems in subscribing to an auto-traded C2 system?
