Sorry for the sporadic system outages around 12:45 pm EST today, Sept 27 (monday).
I was monkeying around with the software and messed up some code. It took me several minutes to fix.
I generally try not to screw around during market-open hours but in this case I needed to test something with live quotes.
The system should be back to normal. If you notice anything strange, let me know.
