Thinking about becoming a manger, can I be sued if subscribers lose money?

Of course the point is to have a high performing strategy. I believe my strategy will be successful or I wouldn’t consider posting it, but with the stock market anything can happen and I can’t find anything that tells if I am protected from being sued. Are there any disclaimers that will protect me from being liable if someone subscribes to my strategy and loses money?

How would C2 still be in business after 15+ years if trade leaders had a legitimate risk of being sued?
