Hi there, all my 3 strategies are not receiving any trade orders since Jan 09, 2026 (14 days ago), after I received several TRADE ALERT messages from C2.
My python codes send orders on a daily basis to the C2 platform using API key (APIv3, with setDesiredPositions).
How can I allow my strategies to receive signals again? Could you please check what happened?
I just saw on forum discussions that a similar issue happened in the past with other users.
