Trade Blotter

Hi, Cameron -

I’m surprised by this. The way the Blotter is (supposed) to work is this. If a trade is still “working” (i.e. not yet filled, canceled, or expired), then it will appear on the Blotter. In addition, if a trade recently changes status (fills, cancels, expires), then it too appears on the Blotter.

So can you tell me what specific trade you were expecting to see but didn’t? And what time it was (Eastern US) that you were expecting to see it but didn’t? I’m trying to get a sense of whether there is a design problem (we missed an entire class of signals that should appear in the blotter, but don’t currently), or whether there is a more insidious bug (we designed it right, but a bug prevents the signals from being displayed).
