Could someone please explain why when I look at the status of recent trade signals all I see is cancelled and “Emailed, trade pending”? The orders are being sent as market orders and my system, E-mini Master, has been sending signals. I have been receiving them as a subscriber but C2 does not show any trades since 10/12? Is there some reason why they are not listed as trades?
Its awfully hard to build a history of good trades when they dont show up.
It appears you are using the TradeStation interface, and it sounds as if your TradeStation has not been configured correctly. I will contact you by email to help you further. In general, you need to make sure the following three notifications are sent via email by TradeStation: (1) Strategy Active, (2) Strategy Filled, (3) Strategy Cancelled.
